As Iğdır University Innovative Food Technologies Development, Application and Research Center, we continue our work to develop sustainable and innovative solutions in the food sector. We aim to make a difference in both academic and industrial fields by conducting research on basic issues such as food safety, nutritional quality and environmental sustainability.
Our center adopts a multidisciplinary approach and develops innovative projects with its staff specialized in food sciences, engineering and technology. We work continuously to improve food production processes and develop new products in collaboration with our students, academics and industry stakeholders.
Our goal is to support food innovation at local and national levels, conduct research at international standards, and share the information we obtain with our society. We will continue to follow developments in food technologies and produce projects that will meet the needs of the sector.
