OUR VISION
The Innovative Food Technologies Development, Application and Research Center aims to play a leading role in the creation of sustainable and healthy food systems. Supported by scientific research and technological innovations, we work to develop food solutions that meet the nutritional needs of society, minimize environmental impacts and ensure economic sustainability.
Our center adopts a multidisciplinary approach; by establishing collaborations in fields such as food engineering, biotechnology, food science and environmental sciences, we aim to increase efficiency in food production and optimize waste management.
